• This Gift Card is redeemable against a single transaction only.

• The Gift Card may be redeemed online or at any Elvy retail store.

• The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be encashed.

• No cash refund will be issued if the purchase value is less than the Gift Card value.

• For online redemption, entering the Gift Card code is mandatory. The code shall be sent on your registered mail ID within 12 hours of your purchase. 

• For in-store redemption, presentation of the E-Gift Card at the time of purchase is mandatory.

• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid via credit card, debit card, or UPI.

• The Gift Card cannot be used after the expiry date.
